The Manager, George served me at Borehamwood. He was extremely welcoming, professional, informative, honest and made me feel I could trust them. They had new very clear technology that showed me photos and lists of everything that needed doing or was done well and why. I had an MOT and service. He advised me very honestly and clearly of any work that needed doing / was done after asking me.

On our way to Heathrow to collect our doctor, got to South Mimms and watched our tyre deflate. Managed to get the car here and they were brilliant. Very fast, efficient and friendly service. Definitely recommend. Shame we live over 200miles away or we use this garage all the time

Went into Kwik Fit this morning.
George the Manager could not be more helpful.
He and the Technician Josiah very quickly picked up that apart from one of the screws that had gone through the tyre that could be repaired, the tyre had a previous puncture that had a temporary repair and pointed out that this was only a temporary repair and that the tyre should be replaced.
Sure enough they had a suitable tyre in stock and it was replaced quickly and efficiently.
Cannot recommend this team high enough.

Overpriced and Poor Workmanship ? Avoid
Visit date: 17th July 2025
Went to Kwik Fit on 17th July 2025 to get a front headlight bulb changed. While the staff were friendly, I was charged £40 for what should be a quick and simple job ? massively overpriced. After the job, I discovered two screws had been left loose, which triggered an engine warning light and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I had to fix it myself.
It seems like the staff are either inexperienced or simply have no idea what they?re doing. Alternatively, this could be a tactic to trap customers into paying more for additional repairs ? either way, I?ve completely lost trust in this business.
Highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to waste your time, money, and deal with avoidable stress. The choice is yours.
