This has got to be one of the slowest KFCs for service that I've ever been to. It doesn't help that there is only one self service terminal in the whole establishment. If there's a queue you could be waiting for quite some time.
The food was up to the usual KFC standard, but the time taken to ger it has to be factored in.

Each time I've been here has been amazing. Staff go above and beyond. Always clean and tidy. My kids love the staff!! They're so friendly. Just moved here and bought loads for all that helped me, ordered my food and i was crying to a female worker as it had been stressful and she carried the food to the car for me which wasn't very close. Honestly think this is the best kfc store! Even better than the one i worked in!

Chicken is not consistent, too salty sometimes. They always hesitate to give you the chicken pieces you want like they going to run out compared to Edgware. Otherwise ok.

The service provided by the staff was rude (an Indian girl). The girls working here seem to forget that they are in the UK, not their home country. They frequently speak their own language, which appears to be a South Indian dialect, right in front of us. Please remember that this is the UK."

After buying food, i through it away. One of the male staff member was picking his noise and then came touching my food. I asked him to not touch my food, he start shouting on me in front of many people. Then, he went on packing food with those hands for delivery driver.??
