Horrible customer service here! Im not over reacting at all, workers don?t know what they?re doing at all they?re just speaking with eachother, and I approached them for help, they had no manners at all. Extremely horrible service, not sure why these workers get hired in the first place. Don?t go here !

The store manager is very RUDE! She speaks to customers without respect. When you go there do not try to approach her or you will be very disappointed because of her BAD attitude! She wears glasses and she has long hair. Her name is Paula. I heard a staff member who called her. Watch out!

I am from Scotland. I went to buy some presents for my friends at JD. But the staff there refused my money. They said it was their policy not to accept money from Scotland. They are racist. They treated us terribly. I went shopping around borehamwood shopping and they all accepted money from Scotland. It is ridiculous to live in a country but be discriminated against.

No way is the Spanish lady a manager, JD Sport are really dredging the bottom of the barrel here. Worst experience ever shopping in a JD Sport and I?ve shopped in loads all of the country over many years. The ?manager? is rude to customers, rude to her team, lacks any interpersonal skills and is way out of her depth managing a fast paced, modern, forward looking sports shop, she would also benefit from a proper bra fitting! You?ve just lost a lifelong JD customer today

I went shopping for jd sports direct today, and there is a girl named SAISHREE. she used to roam around me as if I were a thief. i went many times there, but nobody behaved like that .she doesn't know how to behave or talk with customers. that is totally unprofessional. i don't know why they hire people like that they don't have a manners. I'm not happy at all and never go there again. disgusting ????

After coming out of sports direct frustrated due to lack of customer attendants or any of the shoes I asked for on display being in stock, I was greeted by Nimro who besides having a magnetic presence and smile, was so super helpful and friendly and I found what I was looking for immediately all in stock. Absolutely incredible customer support and selection and prices too . A***

I bought adidas trousers yesterday and they They ripped ,no less than 23h, I told the customer service,received me very badly, they even told me that they can't record what we are talking about, I showed them the invoice, they said that it takes 3 weeks sent to the factory, etc. now let me know, on the invoice it is not even written in the form that we mistreat the buyers ? ... for £60, wait 3 weeks.... poor quality products, care (Addidas). but I lost 1 hour of time..
