If I could, I?d award ten stars for service well beyond the norm. I live in Devon but visited the store in Borehamwood a couple of weeks ago and bought several plastic drawer storage units. Cheryl insisted on helping us fit them into our car which was extremely useful as it was a bit of a tight fit! Unfortunately when I unloaded them at our son?s house I discovered that some of the plastic was broken so, without any quibbling, Cheryl gave us a partial refund. A replacement wasn?t possible as this item was being discontinued. The problems continued because, when back in Devon, I began to use the drawers and found that there were no casters! To cut a long story short, after considerable effort and research, Cheryl sourced some casters online and posted them to me. They fit perfectly! Thank you so much Cheryl. I am extremely grateful.

I always enjoy visiting this store. They have a great variety of products to choose from. Tracy, the staff member who assisted me today was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though I forgot my club card, she explained that she could still add my points by providing my name and postcode. The store is well-organized, and I always find what I need. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and product selection.

Exquisite range, beautifully displayed, so coordinated in a categories of range. Merchandise nicely spaced out, aisles wide so shoppers are comfortable in being able to shop while others pass. Disabled friendly, mobility scooter friendly. Helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean merchandiseand floors. A go back to store. Arnold Aarons

Hobbycraft a fantasy island for art fanatics. It?s got everything for kids, teenagers, adults and elderly people. They have art competitions here and are fully stocked with all types of stationary and food ingredients for baking, perfect if you want to diy a part or anything at home. The staff here are very friendly and will ensure that you find what you are looking for, as well as offering click and collect

I have been a hobby craft customer for a long time never had a problem, the service in this store today was absolutely terrible served by a poorly trained rude arrogant girl. Wish I never bothered and certainly won't again. Its experiences like this that makes me think maybe online shopping is the way forward. Needless to say I won't be shopping here again
