Awful money grab,wipers were broken and was advised they checked the fuses and motor and both was fine so they couldn't fix and i needed to take to an electrician, done this and he changed the fuse.Then the car failed MOT on a broken side indicator, told me it was £128 to fix £54 for the part and over £70 to fit. Bought one from VW for £15 pound and proceeded to carry out the 4 minutes and 2 screw job on my own.if you car is simply in for an MOT i would take it here but double check with another garage as soon as they mention that work needs doing.

Used this Halfords for an M.O.T and had no issues with that or the staff, however the foyer was dirty looking and the customer services such as toilets, water machine and coffee machine were all out of use and have probably been this way for ages.

Technicians and customer service are great, but unfortunately the booking system needs alot of work.Booked my car for a headlamp adjustment online for 11:30, arrived at the centre at 8:40 and i've beed told that it wouldn't be done untill afternoon.Booked my car at that specific hour because i changed my work hours around it and like everyone, i depend on the car.It's not the first time this happens, and i am afraid i will take my car somewhere else from now on.It's a shame giving the fact you have some amazing people working in that branch.

Arrived this morning to find out that my mot had been cancelled even though they had been aware ot this for a while. Apparently not doing vans due to the mechanic having surgery. Maybe they could have a system that identifies this at booking and saves my time and energy.

Antony was very clear with me which gave me great confidence in the service I would receive. My tyres were fixed promptly and checked all round. I really appreciate the staff here. They are all lovely, hard working and honest. Thanks guys

Good service thanks to the lady on reception as the time you book on the website is a drop off time and not a fitment time. Halfords need to amend this as national tyres had booking perfect before you took over. Why have a drop off time? It's pointless unless you specify a pick up time? If you book a time online you expect to be served at that time.

Not professional at all.I spend all day to fix 1 headlight bulb they couldn't even do it, they also broke the other side bulb two. I've been told to go to car dealer as they can't find the right bulb.I called AA they done it in 10 minutes.Maybe they are good to fix bikes not cars.

Short on stuff.4h 30min to replace 4 tyres.They advice to arrive 10 min early but they will keep you forever there. Avoid! Don?t need to be sorry and resolve. It?s already past. What will you resolve ? Another 4h waste time ?
