I popped in to enquire about kids cuts and the staff were unbelievably rude. Really unkind to my son (age 3). Really unhelpful and overpriced. Needless to say I didn?t return. Do not recommend.

Today did balayage at H.I , it was such an amazing experience, my hair just look like a WOW, I got exactly what I aimed at , thanks Georgia you are amazing , just a perfect artist I would say . I will give a 5* rating to Georgia and the wonderful experience I had .

I had my rook pierced with Chanel here. Super friendly, welcoming and I absolutely love my piercing. She gave me advice on the aftercare of my piercing and it's healing so well. I would definitely recommend Chanel and can't wait to go back and use her for my next piercing - thank you! :)

Finally managed to get an appointment with Emma (Colour director) and it was so worth the wait. She planned it meticuously, and delivered a brilliant set of highlights. She was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to going back to her as my "go to colourist" in the future.

Had my tattoo session with Marcin. One of the best in the game and very professional. Helped me pick out a design using his own designs and it turned out WAY better than I thought. 10/10 would definitely recommend Marcin.

I've been a customer here for a number of years. I have difficult shoulder length wavy hair and my wonderful stylist Georgia blow drys it to perfection. She also recently coloured my hair in hazelnut brown with golden brown highlights. It looks absolutely stunning and I have had a number of compliments.Scott, the owner, employs the best of the best who listen to what you want, suggest certain options and provide an excellent and friendly service. That's why this salon has such loyal customers!
