“I do my regular shopping here, and I usually get what I need although sometimes the shelves are empty in the fresh meat section. This store has self checkouts which are handy but they close them at random times later in the evening.”

“There is a vast selection of products, food and services at this Tesco. This is my closest Extra, so I am a regular here. But today, in addition for a weekly shop, we got music for a long car journey, glasses from the opticians, make up for an event later on (has oodles of beauty products), a present for a new born baby, and a pie dish for cooking. Their staff I have always found really helpful and smiley, something most Tesco's are starting to lack. The cashiers are always happy to chat or at least wish you a happy day and point out our petrol savings that you have made. The pharmacy is good too and it brilliant for that moment when you panic your foot is falling off and need some quick advice. Yes it is not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl but I love a good Tesco and this is one of the better ones when it comes to customer service.”

“My order was due on Wednesday between 5pm and 7pm did not receive it until 11.45am on the Thursday nobody answered the phone or emails caused me so much stress at my age and I still haven't received an apology or compensation not even an acknowledgement so to say I'm not happy is an understatement but Xmas as been and gone so I don't expect I will get it know thank you.Tanya Hampshire..”

“this supermarket is wondeful as soon as I walked In I was greeted by Versha she was so kind explained some work going on so for inconvenience they are offering coffee and crossiant . I asked her advise on what to get for a friend kids and she suggested fruits instead of chocolates so nice if her. Than met Robert who helped me to show were fruits section was bery kind and helpful. than I met Charlie who helped me with choice of plant pots for my friend. He was very kind took time to listen to my non stop talk Also Lisa at checkout was lovely and had a nice laugh with her. They were all busy but nothing is too much trouble I had such a beautiful start to my day thanks to all the above wonderful and kind staff of Morriso.”

“Convenient location, good parking and decent range of food provisions, usefully open until 11pm, shopping is very quiet after 9pm and quite enjoyable. Self service checkout works well. Petrol station is also excellent, spacious forecourt and efficient pay at the pump. Morrisons card gives some good offers, has changed for the better”

“This is my 'local' supermarket and I have used it for ten years, since moving into the area. It is a great littlle shop for 'pop-ins'. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, and a couple of them have been with Co-op for years so know the products well. It is always clean and well stocked and has great bargains on seasonal products. ie. Easter Eggs, Halloween costumes and Valentines gifts. The prices aren't as cheap as the giant up the road, but I think that is to be expected. Well done Co-op and ignore the narrow-minded, arrogant comments regarding your appearance.I think you are all lovely!”
