I'm surprised to read comments about miserable and unprofessional staff. I believe people see the reflection of themselves in others.
All the team without an exception very kind, bubbly, helpful and always pleasure to have a quick chat. Prices as everywhere, loyalty program helps a lot. Love the shop and, guys, you rock, keep ot up ???

They told me a purchase didn't go through only to be charges twice! No one is able to help they say that the cancled transaction will go back into my account, though I had a bill to pay two days after the incident and had no money left in my account to pay it. This is unacceptable and they stated it happens all the time, please be careful when using this shop as you will lose all your hard earned money. I'm still trying to get this payment back from them

Delaware I think he's name is? Has been very unprofessional in every encounter I've had with him. Accused me of stealing twice and gives attitude when you ask for something and comes back with the wrong item and blames you for it and gets aggressive when you advise him to improve listening skills and justify he's aggression as 'working hard. I'm afraid someone will get hurt if hes allowed to carry on working there as not everyone has patience and he certainly doesn't so a collision is inevitable.

Given 4 stars purely because a few of the staff members can be rather rude, although I do feel this is more to do with culture rather than actual rudeness.The shop is often well stocked, and I find is the better of the two this end of borehamwood.

Always seem to have issues with some of the male staff their's a few of them who are not helpful or very friendly they don't put their staff at the heart of everything they do, have experienced quite a few issues much prefer the Leeming Road store
