Borehamwood Cash Convertors have really good items for sale. The staff of this store go over and beyond to help. Abby is the manager and a really good example to her staff and her staff Jordan and Luke are exceptional. They are both contientious, hard working staff members, and nothing is ever too much for them. Love this store, always neat and tidy. Never in a mess which makes purchasing something much more appealing.

Saw Homepod mini advertised on Facebook marketplace, message to check still available, went to collect today.Free parking in high street, had the HomePod set aside for me and indeed they had another one, so bought that too.Really great, friendly, informative service from Abbie and actually found myself looking around and thinking about buying other stuff.Items come with 12 months warranty and great customer service, highly recommend this place.

Recently, while searching for an iPad Pro (online) I've found one in this store. Someone surely dropped it. It had few dents here and there and from pictures I assumed the screen and back had some marks too- the price was surprisingly low as well. When I arrived to check on it in person I was just amazed! It was the best customer service I have ever experienced! Just because I asked about the item, Zubair- the manager of the place (I hope I get his name correctly) brought it to me, showing exactly the condition- which was way better than I imagined from seeing the pictures. I was already certain about the purchase, but suddenly, before me paying, he offered me the full test of the device- just to make me sure about its working order! He did all the testing in front of me, so I clearly could have seen that everything is alright. For today I'm so impressed about how professional and kind person he is! I hope everyone could experience what I did!Zubair- if you read this, you should know that you make this world a better place! Thank you once again!

First time going to the cash converters in Borehamwood and never experienced anything like it in other cash converters a young lady I believe she was the manager greeted me upon arrival asked how my bank holiday was and if I needed help she was amazing and I will be going back to see abbie great experience

Following a poor experience at another CC I was hesitant to visit, however I was welcomed with a warm smile by a very polite Abbie, who provided professional advice when explaining my options. I didn't feel rushed like my first CC visit, absolute asset to the company. I'll be more inclined to use CC in the future.

Not the best Cash Converters out there. Very low prices if you want to sell and overpriced when you would like to but. Not very friendly staff too

As a buyer of consumer electronics, I really like this place. Prices are negotiable here, unlike the competition, and I find the local staff friendly and knowledgeable. Their stocks of console games may be low, but it's always worthwhile popping in for a browse.... Keep up the good work!
