Visited May -June 2024.
Got the prefect gift, a football shaped plush toy with a smiley face. Good price.
Placed it, along with a Jamaican flag ?? on the HILLSBOROUGH MEMORIAL SITE, at Anfield, Liverpool.
The staff are extremely friendly, especially their Supervisor, ANASTASIA.

I popped in to the borehamwood branch with a big order for helium balloons, I was greeted with a smile from both Alison and Tanya, they were both sooo helpful with helping me choose which balloons and ribbons to match. They are both a huge asset to the company and I will definitely be shopping there again. What lovely ladies.

I went into card factory as soon as it opened today (10/05/2024) I was having a look at what ballon to get my mum for her birthday, the staff in there are so polite and helpful, one lady in particular I would like to thank she helped me with what to pick and went through so many options with me I honestly can?t remember her name but it went with a Disney movie and begins with A I believe! Maybe (Alison)

This branch is rude and arrogant especially when they asked my husband not in a nice way to move him self and the his dog out of the shop ... this was an old lady who works there and was extremely rude and unpleasant i suggest you all go to a different branch they need customer service help and social skills
