Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from Indian man calling himself a manager! When I arrived to the store he was focused on his phone and he clearly showed me the I?m disturbing him! I was asking for help to connect my Apple Watch to my phone and he advised me to call the service! He said that he doesn?t know how to help. I couldn?t believe it! What a waste of time and money for the company to pay his wages. As a Vodafone customer I?m extremely disappointed with the service. I?m going to complain to the regional management. He told me that he is a manager?.surely I don?t believe that?I will come back there as my watch is not fixed and I?m paying for the service but never ever want to see this silly man again!!! I?m really concerned about his education and how he treats a customer. He should not be there!

Tried to move my business lines to Vodafone with a virtual landline number, but no-one in the world of Vodafone customer service had a clue what they were doing, 5 hours on the phone and in the end gave up, my head hurts

Went into Vodaphone looking for a new contract. After being told they didn?t have the phone I wanted in stock, I kindly thanked him for his time but I will shop around elsewhere, the manager of all people says ?if thats what you want? and walks away. Very rude stuff and uninviting environment. Go elsewhere.

My husband and l went to the store to upgrade our phones, we were greeted by a very bubbly salesman but then handed over to the most lastlustre sales person that I have ever met, so much so that we decided to visit another store instead, funnily enough we visited the same store 1year ago about our coverage and dealt with the same person who again gave terrible service, very disappointed.
