Product is faulty - the surface of these white tiles makes them totally impossible to clean and water is getting into the sides of the floor tiles, so marks can't be removed. Initially manager refused to admit there was an issue, but Topps now offered a refund and part of the cost of remedial work, but not the full cost. So far we stand to lose £400 to have the work redone due to these faulty products. Will be taking this to the small claims court and will not be using Topps again as their customer service is appalling.
