Just went into the store, felt unwelcome. Bought a Dr pepper drink. The plastic of the cap was faulty and some spilled out, I took it back to the store and they didn't care. I'd make a good mystery shopper!

Limited choice for a high Street store and watch those prices as you will pay more for shopping local in Tesco.

I would like to ask you to re train the lady on the tills this morning , around 7 am . I know you have to ask for id but I am 35 and she id me for a 16+ product , bless the other member of staff who could clearly see I was old enough . Lady was also so slow took her ages to do anything not great customer service !!

My younger brother came into your store on the 19th March in the afternoon with chocolates and sweets he had bought from Sainsbury's and a lady working here accused him of stealing and snatched his things off of him. Next time check your CCTV cameras before accusing people of stealing because the transaction from his banking app even shows his purchase was not from your store. It?s horrible to think you can get away with treating young people this way, especially knowing they?re less likely to make a fuss in comparison to adults.
