I have never experienced such rudeness from anyone for simply asking to collect proscription. The lady that served me was unbelievably annoyed. I don?t know why someone working at a pharmacy would be so outraged by someone asking them to do something well within their job description? So strange.I laughed when I read all the reviews of people that had clearly experienced the same. Such a sour puss !

Arrived 20 minutes before close for an emergency prescription for father in law just released from hospital.Was told by a rude, sighing staff member "you're very late you know, we're quite close to closing, not sure we will be able to do it" another unseen staff member remarked "tell them to go somewhere else"We explained the situation that he was released from hospital last night, greeted with eye rolls and a "we've been open since 10 you know"Treated like we were begging them for a kebab half an hour after close.Teach your staff basic manners or empathy.

The rudest woman on the desk, so unhelpful and unnecessarily rude when asked a simple question. Also rude to the customer in front of me. Teach your staff customer service and simple manners.

The pharmacist,small indian lady not sure of her name, is amazing!! She carried out a blood pressure check for me which was raised, and insisted I do a 24hr monitoring check to ensure accurate readings, which was done and raised concern, she immediately referred me to a GP for further investigation, one thorough caring lady, very professional.

Wouldn?t give me my prescription for life saving medicine because it had a hospital sticker on rather than address. Went to another pharmacy no problem with it. Lazy staffing here.

Obviously the pharmacy do not know how to do their job, I had an allergic reaction and sent to a&e last night and was given adrenaline to quell my symptoms and a prescription to get 2 shots of epinephrine in case it happens again. The a&e doctor gave me the prescription with my hospital sticker on the name and address portion of the paperwork WITH a qr code to get my address details.I took this to Tesco Pharmacy in bishops Stortford and they refused to dispense this medication on the grounds my address isn't visible even though the QR code will show my details on the NHS system AND my NHS number which will also give my details, I brought ID to confirm this, yet the flat out refused. So I took this prescription to a pharmacy up Snowly Parade and they dispensed this without fuss and using the QR code to find my details.Will not use this pharmacy again, please train your staff properly.

I always get asked if I?ve had a text to say my prescription is ready, and never have had one, but my prescription is always there. Once I wasn?t able to collect for 4 days and they still asked the same thing!! I don?t think they send texts at all. Boots do, shame there isn?t one nearby.Also (I?m sure they?re possibly just having bad days) I have to agree about the customer service- I always feel I?ve done something wrong or an inconvenience to them for asking and being poorly.

The lady was very rude to me and unfriendly. She needs to learn to be nice and friendly! Very cold and unfriendly service. She doesn't know how to treat people well which is very sad and upsetting. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, you will be wasting your time!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. The staff are rude, very slow (actually no urgency at all) and extremely unprofessional. The pharmacy doesn?t seem to stock anything not even the most popular antibiotics.
