The pharmacist,small indian lady not sure of her name, is amazing!! She carried out a blood pressure check for me which was raised, and insisted I do a 24hr monitoring check to ensure accurate readings, which was done and raised concern, she immediately referred me to a GP for further investigation, one thorough caring lady, very professional.

Wouldn?t give me my prescription for life saving medicine because it had a hospital sticker on rather than address. Went to another pharmacy no problem with it. Lazy staffing here.

Obviously the pharmacy do not know how to do their job, I had an allergic reaction and sent to a&e last night and was given adrenaline to quell my symptoms and a prescription to get 2 shots of epinephrine in case it happens again. The a&e doctor gave me the prescription with my hospital sticker on the name and address portion of the paperwork WITH a qr code to get my address details.I took this to Tesco Pharmacy in bishops Stortford and they refused to dispense this medication on the grounds my address isn't visible even though the QR code will show my details on the NHS system AND my NHS number which will also give my details, I brought ID to confirm this, yet the flat out refused. So I took this prescription to a pharmacy up Snowly Parade and they dispensed this without fuss and using the QR code to find my details.Will not use this pharmacy again, please train your staff properly.

I always get asked if I?ve had a text to say my prescription is ready, and never have had one, but my prescription is always there. Once I wasn?t able to collect for 4 days and they still asked the same thing!! I don?t think they send texts at all. Boots do, shame there isn?t one nearby.Also (I?m sure they?re possibly just having bad days) I have to agree about the customer service- I always feel I?ve done something wrong or an inconvenience to them for asking and being poorly.

The lady was very rude to me and unfriendly. She needs to learn to be nice and friendly! Very cold and unfriendly service. She doesn't know how to treat people well which is very sad and upsetting. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, you will be wasting your time!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. The staff are rude, very slow (actually no urgency at all) and extremely unprofessional. The pharmacy doesn?t seem to stock anything not even the most popular antibiotics.

Absolutely dreadful service every time I have to go. Always long queues and when you get to the front they never have what you?re meant to be collecting. Always blaming GP?s for not sending it over. Picking up a simple prescription from here can take DAYS

Always a queue in here, and I mean ALWAYS (FAO management: employ more staff or better assign them to busier times)That being said, I've been there plenty and never had a problem with the service or friendliness of the staff, although those that have should consider this may be down to being short-staffed, which is a management issue that the staff themselves have to deal with!I would suggest they push their 'prescription while you shop' service though, maybe have 2x queues - one for people who want to just drop off/collect their prescription while they shop, and another for those who want something more complex. Something to consider!

I would say the service is atrocious but it's almost impossible to get served due to their inability to do their jobs properly. Avoid like the plague.

The pharmacist was condescending and judgemental. She asked me personal questions in front of a long queue and there was a lack of sensitivity and confidentiality. She then went on to give me a lecture and started telling me about people that go round to different pharmacies to buy medication. I am sure there are people that do this but you should not stereotype people and assume everyone is doing this. I came away feeling very humiliated and embarrassed. This healthcare professional needs some further training in confidentiality and customer service skills. I will never approach this pharmacist for help again. Yes give advice but tone it down a bit please.

Went in at 7:50pm. Pharmacy meant to be open til 8pm. I know they work long hours but these are the advertised hours, they should not shut early. I don't get to clock off early from work and this can affect peoples health. This has happened twice. As a result I missed getting my meds!
