The worst food ever absolutely discusting no care taken, Wow!! we just experienced the worst subway ever you can't even ring the number to complain as it dowsnt work
the food was discusting nothing in the sandwich although I've payed for all the extras I haven't recived, The bread was stale the churritos are rock hard inedible not fresh,,,,and our meatballs were stone cold , I have just payed £48 to go in the bin all I had was 3 meats and couple of sliced tomatoes dry stale bread, I ordered all mortzorella double?? we had none in it 2 slices if that meatballs stone cold and my chorritos I've never had before are inedible x2 ...look at all my ingredients I ordered extra and recieved slop
I would like a refund
The telephone number doesn't work on the subway shop store and it was half hour late,, They have taken no care with our food

Omg !! Our anniversary meal really fancied a lovley subway meal got the total oppersite how can you prepare publics food like that we payed extra ingredients and haven't even received it...should be closed down

Worse subway salad ever. Only lettuce,cucumber, lots of raw onion. Turkey and ham. Paid extra for cheese, coiud hardly be seen. Never again at this subway. Was not asked what I wanted in salad, couldn't see ingredients as posters blocked view of food. Took over 20 mins to get me salad.

Staff were friendly , lunch was good although my voucher didn?t work, I left my handbag and I returned the next on the off chance they had found it as I had no Identification in it and they had kept it safe for me.

i had recently ordered from this subway off deliveroo and got to meal deals and nachos, received the order and i am missing items from my sub missing both of the drinks and missing our nachos and all the compensation i got was £3 ridiculous

If I could Put zero stars i would. Service was appalling and the Manager is very rude, The Food had a really weird taste. Tried Using The App to get rewards and everytime we have been he has said there?s an issue but with other subway branches it always works. We?ve been To This Branch Many times and won?t be coming back.

Visited on Saturday 19:35, they are closing at 20:00, or supposed to? However, we were not asked but told that our order will be a takeaway.
At the end of my order I asked if I may use their toilet and they said oh, we just cleaned it, if you?ll use it we have to clean again, basically telling me no. I checked the time and it was 19:39 in that very moment.
Worst Subway shop I?ve been to. Sad.

Very very poor customer service.
Worker didnt even know how to make the order I havw asked for and when made after instructions done it very poorly.
I got nhs discount previously and get it in all the subways i go in.
Worker stated its only for doctors and police officers.
Worker was very rude and very poor service.

Half the order was missing we didn?t get 1 sandwich or ice cream also but chilli in one of the wraps when it specifically said there was chilli allergy none of the numbers work appallingly

Me and a friend have just bought lunch to take out from this Subway. It was prepared by two trainees, who were pretty clueless to say the least, however we gave them the benefit of the doubt, even though mine had to have the cheese put back on after and re-toasted because it was rushed. To our surprise, my friend was charged £9.19 for a 6inch sub and a cookie with a drink. I had the 6 inch sub alone and was charged £5.89. I paid £4.99 in a different subway for exactly the same two days ago. The manager stated that ?everything is going up? before explaining that he was part of a franchise. Disappointing. The chicken also tasted like the cheap water injected stuff from the Tesco value range. Won?t be returning.
