On the menu board they have Chai latte and that was actually NOT Chai latte ... they have Masala Chai which is completely different and has strong smell and taste of masala which is not suitable for some people... They should know the diffetence between a chai and masala chai ... i suggested the staff to change the name on the menu but they cannot do anything about it so i am posting this review only for the people who wants actual chai latte (dont order this one).

Latte was so hot that I couldn't drink it for a long time, scalding hot. It was a latte but there was a lot of foam, I'd say 1/3 of the cup was foam and it didn't taste great due to the milk being scalded. The place wasn't busy so can't blame pressure etc, disappointing, especially for the price.

It?s a bit expensive for a ok quality drink.
The food is ok aswell, and the seating is sometimes a bit dirty. Overall a ok place but would definitely go somewhere else.

Went for a coffee with my husband there were no tables to sit at only because they were dirty and and people's leftovers still on them.2 young girls working there doing absolutely nothing other than chat to eachother it was a complete shambles and not even a goodbye as we left massive let down for

Staff in this store are exceptional. Both friendly and knowledgeable about their work. Chris was especially helpful and informed us to take a seat when pur drinks were going to take a little longer, then brought to our table without asking. Highly recommended stopping off here

Popped in for a quick cuppa. Surprisingly they don't sell decafinated tea but I had a normal tea which is served on a very large mug. Tea was nice served very hot to my liking and was quickly delivered along with a toasted bacon bap and pano chocolates. All very nice serve quickly with a smile from our hostess. It wasn't busy when we visited but it was clean uncluttered and a nice atmosphere.

I?ve been visiting for last 4-5 years and since last 2 years I have seen a lot of differences the team at the moment with Chris and his staff there are most amazing people they are friendly , welcoming and create magical atmosphere . I recommend this place as outstanding and my family feel very welcoming . Love it !!!!!Dietary restrictions: Always have the frappe with less ice !!!!
