Usually I use Shell app to just pay at pump. Always fast never a long wait time to get to a pump. When I've gone inside to pay. Staff are always happy to see you one of the friendliness shell teams. Does the job just fine ?

Honest opinion. It sucks. Pee all over the floor, mutant spiders of a strange kind and worst of all, bad customer service.

The lady who seems to be in there a lot is lovely and friendly but one man is rude and always makes things harder than they need to be. He always makes me feel uncomfortable so I will no longer be using this specific garage even if it is cheaper than the other one in my town. Finally felt it was time to leave a review about him (wish I knew his name). Just gone back and read the reviews. Seems to be people think the same about the lady and there seems to be someone who is arrogant. I have a feeling it?s the same person!

This has been a very good experience for me. Not one but many time and I met a girl there whose name is Priya. She told me about shell application which helped me.By using that app I have saved my money many times and I got it at a discount. That girl has a very good nature and pretty keep it up Priya .????

They didn't let me use the station at 22:48 when online it says that it's open till 23:00 .... am working in an restaurant and we take food orders (not diesel at pump) at 10:55 when we are closing at 11 aclock.....
