Cannot contact directly! Have to go through a National helpline with 30 minutes wait! Almost designed completely to be the very opposite of customer friendly.

I have experienced multiple incidents of missing mail from this post office, including important documents. Tracking information is often inconclusive and local staff were unable to locate the items or provide a satisfactory explanation. This has caused serious inconvenience and potential risk (lost ID/bank documents). I reported the issues and requested investigations, but so far there has been no clear resolution or compensation offered.

We live south Bishops Stortford on the new Ashberry Estate and ONLY GET MACIMUM TWO POSTAL DELIVERYS PER WEEK - first and second class !!! WHERE IS THE SERVICE THAT USED TO BE??

Disgusting? I had an unpleasant experience with an older female staff member at this post office. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to answer my questions, repeatedly saying ?Nothing we can do? in an arrogant and unfriendly manner. Her attitude was highly unprofessional and impolite.
Want to give her zero star if I can

Driver regularly doesn't bother to deliver packages - once I had to chase him outside asking if we had any mail and he had our box inside. Frustrating.

Lovely staff at the callers office could see me struggling with a rather large parcel so help me with it from the car and was really polite and friendly I didn?t realise the office now shut at 10Am and got there at 10:02 but they still helped me which was really lovely :) thanks to both the staff members that helped me out :)

Absolutely useless, , guaranteed NBD delivery was delivered 3 days late due to apparent lack of access to my front door. Something that no other carriers my family or friends experienced.
