After a few below par visits recently, it's nice to see that they're back to top tier ways. Nice food. Nice service. Could have been faster, but with minimal staff, it's to be expected

First visit to this branch of Prezzo ,very enjoyable-staff were attentive despite it being busy and the food was well presented and tasty .Will certainly make a return visit .
Prezzo Italian Restaurant Bishops Stortford is located on North Street in the heart of this old market town, with the rail station only a 10-minute walk away. Prezzo is housed in the former George Hotel. The building dates back to the late 14th century and has played host to both Charles I and Charles II. Following a mammoth refurbishment project in 2010, the interior has been transformed into a bright and modern dining space while retaining much of the building's original charm.
