Collection order, they missed out part of the order (dough balls) and forgot to slice one of the pizzas.
The pizza was pretty decent though.

Ordered a delivery - wrong large pizza arrived - left a message. No response. Had ordered a sloppy geoseppi - so disappointed!

I don?t usually leave reviews, but this pizza was so bad I felt obligated to warn others. First off, the crust was basically cardboard ? dry, overcooked, and completely flavorless. It looked and tasted like it had been forgotten in the oven for an extra 20 minutes, then brought back to life with some half-hearted toppings.
The sauce was an overpowering, sticky mess that drowned out any hope of flavor from the cheese or vegetables.
I wont expect this very poor quality from such a very good brand , I ended up throwing the entire thing away after a couple of bites. This wasn?t just a bad pizza ? it was a complete waste of money and time.

I?m extremely disappointed with the pizza I received from Pizza Express via Uber Eats. The base was shockingly bad?thin, dry, and more like a tortilla than actual pizza dough. It was hard and brittle around the edges, clearly overcooked or just poor quality. The toppings were sparse and uneven, and the overall taste was honestly disgusting. I couldn?t even finish it and ended up throwing it away.
This is absolutely not what I expect from a brand like Pizza Express. If this is their idea of quality, I won?t be ordering again. Very poor value for money.

This is the worst restaurant ever for delivery. I am a delivery driver and I waited 30 minutes or more for every order. If you want to order from here, think again! You can get your order maybe next business day.

Food was really nice, their dough balls are always a winner. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to tell us about the pizza express mobile app and why it's good to have when visiting. The atmosphere is nice as the tables are not too close together, so you can hear your own conversation whilst not overhearing others. The background music is also not intrusive.

Lovely quaint, restaurant, which is now my new local as I?ve just moved to the area. The customer service I?ve experienced is lovely. Server (I hope that?s the correct way to say) Maya is always welcoming, polite and friendly.
Sometimes human kindness is not always present in the world, so thank you.

I take it back as of 18.02.25 call led from just before 9:30pm no answer had to come duu on en the establishment . Explained o had been calling for collection and just wished for a small pizza. One staff member had no answer to provide was quite basic. I had to ask for the manager x3.
While the manager was nice, and shared the night had been busy the fact is there?s staff in the restaurant other than him so why could they not answer the phone.
So now searching for something to at n an area il new to and dies not have a lot of restaurants!!!!!

The pizza here...is subpar. Don't bother getting a takeaway. The pizza will arrive cold and it taste even worse. Eating in the restaurant is better. But compared to London equivalents, it's subpar.
