Time and time again we have issues with this store. We always say this will be our last time, but stupidly go back hoping it will be different. The order always arrives late, cold and incorrect.

Ordered a delivery and they delivered the wrong pizza. Called the restaurant and was told I could not get a refund or a redelivery until the following day. Shocking service and the pizza that did arrive was awful

I ordered online at 5:50pm and used the tracker at 6:26pm it said it had arrived at my house. But it hadn?t, I tried contacting the establishment 4 times and no one picked up. At 6:50pm a delivery driver turned up. With the food the quality of the food was passable not great but passable. Overall avoid this place at all costs not worth the hassle.

First time trying a Papa John's and was a mixed experience. I ordered a deal for 2 x pizzas, 1 x garlic bread side, 1 chicken side and a bottle of pepsi. The order took around thirty minutes to arrive so very good service on that side.
The pizzas were okay, plenty of toppings and flavour. Some of the meats were a bit fatty tasting and too much BBQ sauce used on one pizza. The cheesy garlic bread pizza was nice. The chicken nugget type side was disgusting, a few of the nuggets had a very hard chewy texture which was enough to put everyone off having any more. The bottle of Pepsi Max turned out to be Pepsi Max Cherry. I queried this with the driver and he told me that they were out of Pepsi Max. Obviously not the driver's fault, have to wonder why the shop allow orders of Pepsi Max if they have no stock. Cherry Pepsi is an acquired taste, so that went down the sink.
Would I order from Papa John's again? Unlikely. Pizzas were fine, but the quality of the chicken side and the intentionally wrong Pepsi put me off ordering again.

The cookie is absolutely awful, absolutely no taste of chocolate despite there appearing to be chocolate chips on the overly-buttered dough. Please, please save yourself the money and do not order the cookie!

The food arrived in good time, but it was disgustingly disappointing. The dough was barely cooked in the centre, toppings like an after thought. Sadly inedible, and we resorted to the emergency microwave meals from the freezer.It's the second time in a row we've had a dodgy pizza from Papa John's so won't be ordering again.

Pizza took about an hour to arrive which wouldn?t have been an issue as it was a busy Saturday night - however everything was cold and undercooked. Very doughy and chewy with sporadic toppings. Some slices had a few toppings while others had none - basically just a slice of bread with a bit of cold tomato sauce. It was our first time trying the pizza here but would recommend dozens of other places in Stortford which are much better quality.
