Over the top with the two metres set up the two male staff need to go on a customer service refresher course, and one off them needs a hearing test, the young lady was a lot better and more Professional.

Lovely place, the staff are incredibly helpful. Did my samsung upgrade there, and though they can't do transfers at the moment, they did their best to advise me how to do it from home. Will definitely be going back!

As an O2 customer I generally try to do everything on-line and avoid going into stores. However, on the one time I went here a rude man, who left me standing whilst he spoke to a colleague (sounded like a 'mates' chat) told me his name was "god" when I asked him for details about him so I could escalate his poor service skills to O2. Also, don't be fooled, they have a local signal booster in store which might make it look as though they have decent coverage in the area when they don't (at the time of this review).

Been with O2 for years but had a major problem with an on-line upgrade order that went pear shaped, the staff at the Bishops Stortford were all fantastic, patient and helpful . What impressed me most is there was nothing in it for them as I had made my purchase online but they still gave me brilliant support with a smile. I hope O2 head office realise what a good job they are doing when the on-line shopping/delivery has let a customer down and thanks to Magda especially.
