I went to a number of banks to open a business account over the past two days, i have tried online on the phone and to get an appointment, i had just about given up when i went into NatWest, i spoke with the cashier about my experiences and she shut the cashier point and took me aside and helped me open an account there and then, her customer skills were outstanding, she seemed to have the patience of an angel when i kept forgetting passwords, she was a great ambassador for the bank and i am sure she will go far in any career she chooses, good staff are hard to come by, if i where the manager i would make sure she is looked after and given help to advance, what a breath of fresh air she was, if you get to read the review Gemma i would just like to thank you for your time and going the extra mile.

Arrived at branch 14:00 27/09/2019, only 2 members of staff on the counter. After 10 minutes of waiting and countless other customers awaiting to be served. The elder lady of the 2 dissappeard (and didn't return), leaving the younger female alone to serve 15 - 20 customers. 20 ish so minutes later i was eventually seen to. Branch was heavily understaffed, all of the customers sympathised for the young lady as she was doing a magnificent job. She managed to stay as professional as possible during a chaotic rush, but due to the sheer volume of customers it was unrealistic that she would be able to cope with all 15 - 20 customers in an appropriate amount of time. It is not fair in any way shape or form to have that amount of custom going through one person. Thankfully the customer service provided by the young lady was flawless, which made this bad experience a little bit better.

Was recommended to switch banks and very glad I did. Wish I had more in my account and for heavens sake let's keep this branch going, I'm not doing online banking!!
