Verry bad service coustumer and resist english staff. They don?t know what they have to do,i try to withdraw some money and they call police for suspicious activity with me and they block my account. I have to wait more then 4 hrs inside in bank and nothing???.. from today i cancel this bank account, verry rude people in staff, they treat you like a slave because you don?t speack english very well. Thanks Loyds instead of go happy from your unit ,you lose coustumer. ???

What is the point of having a bank if your customers can't contact you via email or phone!! We either have to have your app, or be willing to pay for a long long wait on the phone!

I have used this branch of Lloyd's bank for the last 30 years. I have never had any problems. Sometimes they can get busy but the staff are very friendly and professional. Sometimes they could do with more staff on the tills but on the whole it's not a problem.

Staff have no idea what they are doing. Explained cheque to pay into my business account told this isnâ??t possible with out a card explained I have no card for the account. Victoria then told mean to deposit it into the wall safe which I did. Went back to ask why I havenâ??t been told I need a card to be notified by another employee this is only on personal accounts so I could have paid it in normally. Terrible service no wonder high street banks are closing!
