i?ve seen other reviews on here about the staff being rude and i totally agree, ive had an extremely similar experience to some people and have been verbally assaulted in bishops stortford greggs for apparently ?holding up the queue? when i was just trying to get my food, she assumed that i wasn?t buying anything and yelled at me to get out because there?s ?not enough space in the store for people who are going to waste our time? appalling behaviour, clearly the only job that she can get us at greg?s, with those manners and that attitude shes not going to find anywhere better.

The staff were EXTREMELY rude, and lied to me by saying that me and my friend were ?messing up the coca cola arrangement? when they weren?t in any sort of order to begin with, they then told us that if we?re not buying anything to wait outside which is understandable but the way they said it was appalling and upsetting to me, i know that if i wasn?t dressed in school uniform nobody would of said that to me in that atrocious manner and i will NEVER set foot in greggs bishop stortford ever again with the rude staff and the burnt food.

When I went here an hour ago the staff were really friendly and kind! The food was a little cold but it still tasted amazing!

Place is a joke. Went into the shop just after midday. No buns, bread nothing. Just had a couple of pasties with Baked beans. Not a problem, go in after we've been shopping. Went back just before 2pm. Still nothing, This is a regular thing with this shop. Must be losing Greggs a fortune in lost sales.

No matter what time of day I've been there. They never have anything stocked. Always empty. Can never seem to get a southern fried chicken baguette or bbq bites. When asked they say head office doesn?t give them enough food which is non sense as Harlow always has everything stocked up.
