Came in to look at wedding bands a few days ago and were thoroughly looked after by one of the ladies on the counter. From sizing to metals and ring width it was all very nicely done and was never pushy. They just want you to have what's right for you, and I would recommend their services to anyone! :)

I had a watch battery replacement for my quartz watch with F Hinds. They removed and did not bother the replace the rubber gasket o-ring so the watch was not water-proof anymore. On first contact with water condensation occurred on the inside of the glass and the watch stopped working. Luckily I managed to quickly open the case and dry and save the watch - otherwise it would be ruined. This is not acceptable - abysmal service!

Purchased 2 wedding rings. They had to be ordered and was told they would be posted to me. I was told I would receive an e mail from them letting me know when they were ready to be posted. I had to ring them to find out where my rings were. Was told I would get a call back. This did not happen so had to call again. Was told that they had just been taken to the post office. I would get an e mail with the tracking number. Still no e mail. Lack of customer service. Won?t shop there again
