The staff in here are all absolutely amazing. Always incredibly friendly and personable. This has become my regular coffee stop and it's always a pleasure coming in. It can sometimes get quite busy but the staff are always exceptional.

Of the thousands of products you pick up and scan they won?t allow you to have a bag without scanning it. They hold onto to it for dear life. Talk about having a tiny faction of power

Always a great experience in this superstore, staff very helpful, store clean, always well stocked, if you can't see the item you want, ask a member of staff, they will take you to the Ilse that the item you need are placed, carparking excellent, disabled car park available,
Also a nice little restaurant to have a break from shopping to have lunch or a snack,

It does what you need it to do provides your usual supermarket shop whatever your needs and desires may be, other Tesco's definitely have a better selection, better arrangement and a better cafe but this one is alright. The staff are attentive at self service checkouts in my experience but I'm not there for a royal experience so I doubt think highly of them or their performance they do their jobs adequately and that's all I need, although it's a bit frustrating, there's literally no bags anywhere so you really do have to pester them for bags. There is nothing special here just a regular Tesco's. Word for warning I tried the sushi here at the yo sushi bar and it's probably the worst sushi I've ever had tbh just smelt awful and didn't taste nice, wasn't unwell from it but it was an unpleasant experience, and I consider the action of devouring food rather therapeutic so I didn't enjoy that aspect to my recent shop, if you want sushi you are better off going to the bar at Sainsbury's in Jackson square. Overall a regular Tesco with regular staff nothing too extraordinary and there are definitely better ones out there

This is a review of the Salmon Sushi ? I bought my son Thursday after school. Either the salmon or the rice was contaminated?..By the evening- before going to sleep - he had thrown up a few times and felt very poorly! It can only be this - as he had not eaten at his school Avanti (vegetarian meals anyway). I would say ?beware? when purchasing from the yo sushi counter!

Petrol station would rather not have custom with only 3 pumps available to pay in store. Absolutely rubbish for any working van in a hurry like myself when you have to wait in a que to get to the pump you need because they?re all behind pay at pump ones aswell
Update after speaking to staff inside the petrol station, this is done deliberately to try and prevent people driving off without fuel, great customer service that, ?oh 1 or 2 people from the hundreds/thousands that visit us daily have driven off without paying, instead of leaving it to the police who are paid to follow these people up for us we?ll damn all our customers equally and make it a worse experience for everyone?
Perfect example of a moron manager with 0 common sense and 0 consideration for the people who actually matter, the paying customer!!!!

I went this morning to grab some milk and i forgot my clubcard at home and ask to lady working with glasses brown grey hair nicely that can i use companies one for this time they always do one next to till and she said we dont do that and i say okay and left to pay but she was watching me and i felt very disappointed even after i left she went to self check-out machine and was checking if i payed or not. This is because i look foreigner. I dont understand people like this, this is another way of racism and if you dont like to contact with other people why are you doing this job.

I live next to this Tesco. But I drive to Dunmow one instead. I like supermarkets, you can take your time, and do shopping as you like. With the shopping scanner it is even better, I can pack my own groceries the way I like them. I usually grab 4 Tesco bags, and scan them as I go. If I have a bag empty, I don?t scan it and hang it on the bag hook, back where I took it from. But not this Tesco. This one I have to feel like I am from the ghetto and fight with staff so they will give me a plastic bag. They insist I scan all 4 of them and then remove the ones I don?t use at the end. I am sure it is management decisions and staff is not at fault. But hear me out. I don?t like to feel like I am going to steal a bag a shop every time I come in. I also don?t like to shop at Tescos that have customers bad enough they have to suspect everyone. I also don?t like to be told how I do my shopping. It?s sounds insane, but I would rather drive 5more minutes to another store where customers are treated with respect.

Probably the best supermarket locally. Disappointing that fuel is 5/6p more expensive than Harlow hence a one * reduction.

Really poor customer service team. Sent to customer services by a lady on the till having requested to break a £10 note but wanting to pay for my food with a credit card. They couldn?t do this at the till. I queued a customer services from the automatic doors to the desk. Having got to the front of the queue was told that customer services could not break a note unless I was buying something. I explained I just bought food at the belt. They couldn?t help. Absolutely pathetic! Awful service.
