Initially thought the shop was very good on the outside but appearances can be VERY deceiving!Much of the stock is very OVERPRICED and just of a lower standard than you'd expect of something at that price point. And product I have seen displayed has been damaged and just chucked randomly just to get it out with not much care or thought given to it.The atmosphere of the shop is very heavy despite it being one of the bigger locations, its just space filled in by a negative feeling which is a huge turn off for myself and alot of other people. You'd think a shop would try to provide a nice experience for you as they want you're business but with this shop in particular it only cares about your money and sees you as a number. Nothing more nothing less. And they want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.They do this by shoving promotions down your throat even after you've kindly said no thank you till you're blue in the face. They just don't listen period.And lastly the management and staff I've seen on numerous occasions being rude to customers, eating chocolate behind the tills, on their phones and in general just not caring about much if anything at all.Plus with Card Factory being literally right next door I don't see why Clintons is even here to begin with. Card Factory offers better customer service, cheaper and better stock despite being a bit smaller than it's competitor.I would never spend my money here again, one of the worst mistakes I've made. Do yourself a favor, save your money and health and go to somewhere where you're treated as a person not a walking £ sign.Overall I'd give 0/5 if I could, one of the worst shops in the local area. And somewhere I'll never go again!

Big card shop. Good variety, personally I would say it?s a little overpriced in comparison to other card shops. It also stocks Yankee candles.
