I didn?t expect much from a service station but I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice meal and a decent portion. Not too greasy and fresh oil food was nice enough to be pleasantly satisfying if it were operating as a takeaway instead.

I was a bit sceptical about choosing this place for dinner as for the other reviews but im glad I did. The food was really nice, full of flavour and the staff were really helpful with helping me choose what to choose. The only thing that could of been improved is that the noodles could of been cooked longer as some were softer than others but they were still delicious. I'd recommend the 4 topping box meal as it was great value for money and you get a drink and 5 vegetable spring rolls. Can't wait to go again.

Came in for some food whilst on a long drive home from up North.
Chopstix is a fan favourite for us, and as my birthday had just passed, I had a free noodle box to claim. We were extremely disappointed to find out that this Chopstix bar didn?t follow any of the loyalty programme laid out by the company, and so I couldn?t claim my box.
I appreciate that franchised stores can realistically do whatever they want in terms of loyalty schemes, but ultimately all it?s going to do by not following it is annoy potential customers and push them away to purchase food elsewhere.
As we had already been looking forward to the food, we did still purchase from Chopstix. The food was good as always, and we would return ONLY IF the loyalty scheme is picked up.

The female manager here has a serious attitude problem, her colleagues apologised on her behalf when paying for my food, a disgrace to the company having someone as ill mannered as this working on their behalf

The staff is more interested in talking to customers than serving them, you can talk to the customer but not if someone is waiting in line. You have to stand in line for a very long time to even order, and once you order, you have to wait far too long to pay. The food was very average, it was my first and last visit here

Very poor service, small servings and the food isn?t fresh. The vegetable chow mein was particularly bad.

The food did not taste as same as other chopstix or as how it should be rice wer half cooked patatoes wer salty. The service was not good atall no smile on the face of the employees looked like they where forced to stand there and guard the food
