Fantastic friendly service. Went in to browse frames and ended up booking my long overdue eye test for the following weekend. Chose my frames and went for the 0% finance package so got 2 pairs with the accidental damage/loss coverage. Able to afford the best varifocal with transition lenses thanks to this recommendation. The whole experience was flawless and my glasses arrived after only 6 days. Had to pop back in after a few weeks as I wasn?t finding the nose pieces comfortable and they changed them for softer ones and fitted them on the spot free of charge. Really great people - the best optician experience in all the years I?ve had glasses. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I had a contact lens appointment as an existing lens wearer, having moved from another opticians. This is the second visit to this store. Once again, the quality of service was exceptional! I was greeted on arrival and was seen on time. The optometrist was excellent, answering my questions in a calm and highly professional manner. On paying and existing, once again, the staff were friendly, professional and said goodbye in a friendly manner when leaving. I highly recommend this store.
