I work for Waitrose, I went to pay for my full up and witnessed the shell young lady deal with a very tricky customer, she was fantastic, the bloke was being a right pain, she was professional calm and collected, when he left "SHE" apologised .... She'll are very lucky to have her ( I think her name is Katie ) ....

Used to come here frequently as they had one of the only car washes that would be open and worked consistently. Staff have always been friendly and the place is tidy. So I used to come frequently.
However after ?upgrading? their car wash to a new model it now struggles to clean your car properly. You spend a tenner on their platinum wash for it to not clean the mess off of your car. Very disappointing.

Teresa refused to serve me because she couldn?t work out how to make the till work properly and made a spectacle of me saying I was being the problem. Atrocious customer service
