Pizza was like cardboard and cold. Seemed microwaved. Called up to complain and then sent out the wrong pizza which couldn?t be eaten due to allergies. Then ring up again for the manager named Rafael to swear at my partner and accuse him of lying about the pizza. Then for him to call my dad swear and be rude to him and say they are refusing to bring a replacement pizza as there was some eaten(needed to taste it to see if it would be ok). My partner rang them to ask why they can?t bring it and how we want our money back if they weren?t going to give us one for the ?manager? to swear at him and my partner ask why he thinks it?s ok to swear at his customers for him to say that he isn?t rude to all his customers just the ones he doesn?t want to come back.

Appalling delivery times.. avoid at all cost if you want your pizza within 1-2 hours of order time.

Hesitated to order due to the negative reviews but pizza arrived on time, got everything I ordered and it was all nice and fresh. No complaints from me!

AVOID THIS STOREMultiple times we have given this store a chance and everytime they mess it up, prepare for your order to be 30-40 minutes late, cold and anyone who answers the phone at the store to not care at all.It's unbelievable that this store is even open.

Awful. if i could leave no stars i would! food took an hour and a half to arrive, they forgot half the order and it was cold! Surprised they get any business, order your pizza elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread for delivery, the pizzas showed up but the garlic bread didn't. The delivery guy told me to call the store and I did, they said they would contact the driver and see what's going on. I got no response for a while to I called back and heard the same thing telling me they'd call back in 2 mins.. it's been over an hour now.Not happy at all.

Shocking... food arrives late and cold. why offer delivery slots with 10 min intervals but deliver 30-40 mins late at best. I won't use again, be warned.

Food is fabulous as far as I'm concerned.Service is very good indeed.I personally love the atmosphere in here because the staff are so friendly and helpful.

WE LOVE IT! always really yummy pizza and lovely people. papa bites are a scam take them down from the website. that?s not berko staffs fault tho we still love them
