Absolute lifesavers this team were today ?
We only have one car so when things go wrong an urgent remedy is always needed and this team delivered ?
Two new tyres, wheel alignment/tracking and very sound tyre advice.
Very welcoming, pleasant to interact with and good atmos altogether really.

I bought my tyres online, which was really easy & straightforward, I then booked my appointment for fitting for the next day.
My appt was booked at 2.00pm, walked into the office, handed my keys to the chap at the desk and 50 minutes later I got a call to say it was all done. How easy was that!!!
I will definitely be coming back, wonderful.

Popped in today as my tyre pressure warning light came on whilst driving to Berko. Very helpful member of staff, checked the tyre pressure and reset the tyre pressure sensor and provided reassurance. 5* service, many thanks

We were left in a fix when we discovered a screw in a tyre just after we?d loaded the car for a family break. The Berkhamsted guys were brilliant and able to replace the tyre pretty much immediately.

Had a bit of a rough start to our experience with Kwik Fit yesterday to day the least and wasn't dealt with great at all.
Following on from that today have spoken to a manager called Joe, who was incredible. Listened , understood the problem and then dealt with the issue accordingly. Joe was a delight and very easy to deal with a credit to the company.
