Had a really good experience here recently. I came down to check on whether my cushion cover was ready as I wasn't sure they had my correct mobile number. It wasn't but the way the lady dealt with my job was excellent. She prioritised it for the next day and I got a text pretty much first thing. Results were excellent too. I didn't get the name of the lady who served me but she is an asset to the firm, and they should make sure they keep her!

I went to Berkhamsted Johnson?s for an emergency dry clean after a velvet item of clothing was damaged in the rain. Sarah was honest, kind and so helpful. We agreed to give it a try.
My item was ready the next day and was truly as good as new. I am so thankful and overwhelmed by how brilliant the service was. Thank you so much Sarah for rescuing it for me!

I'd want to give a 3/4 stars but in all honesty this is nobody's fault. Sarah is the reason they're getting my 5 stars she who assisted my issue with care, really lovely and sweet. The jacket I bought in ( Heavy duty size, over 40inch long from top to the legs). I requested the jacket to have the zipper replaced for price of £35-55, I agreed and settled, Few days later I called asking for progress. I was unfortunately hit with the price of (i think around £80 - £120) just for a 35inch zip for time &
production. Sarah who was smart enough to send the jacket back knowing I would not want to pay the price that high. I'm happy to come back with another jacket that requires the help of professionals.
