A whole restaurant and menu dedicated to brunch! I?ve rarely eaten this well at this time of day. The menu is expertly curated, with a great number of dishes for vegans..
Seemingly most things are hand made, the coffee is delicious and staff are warm and friendly. Booking is likely advised at the weekend

Breakfast (full english) was marvellous. Plenty of it. Staff really friendly , forgot to take piccy but well worth it. Other peoples breakfasts looked very good,

Ordered a club sandwich. Anyone who has ever had a club sandwich knows how it should look and be presented. What I received on my plate was some weird roll/cake thing, inside it was some undercooked bacon and a slab of grey chicken breast which I?m certain had been boiled. It was possibly the most unappetising thing I?ve ever seen on a plate. No refund or discount offered when we paid, despite mentioning it to the waiting staff.

Often busy, this centrally located eatery is within easy reach of the railway station and close to the main shopping street in town.
Everything is freshly prepared and served quickly by cheery staff. There?s a big range although it?s really based in breakfast dishes so bacon, egg, sausage and toast features heavily but there are stacks of veggie and gluten-free options.

Tried 3 times now to book lunch for 2pm, each time the response has been that the kitchen
closes at 13.30. It does seem to have restricted opening hours.

Only 3 stars as the food was disappointing. Huevos rancheros didn?t taste of anything and it was served with rosemary and olive bread which doesn?t make sense. My cheese and ham toastie was ok but the cheese wasn?t melted

I?ve been here a couple times for breakfast and it?s always delightful. The coffee is fantastic and so is the food. Would highly recommend:)

The guy who served me went above and beyond to help out. He was super attentive and smiley. Full English was stellar and the gluten-free options are ace. I wasn't expecting such delicious homemade GF bread!!!

Exceptionally tasty, genuine food. Had a veggie breakfast, and it was the most delicious ensamble of soft scrambled eggs, ball-shaped hashes, and fresh mushrooms I have had in years and years. All locally sourced, I'm told. Shame it shuts down at 3pm, but they deserve every client and every penny they can get. Friendly young staff, cordial and easy-going. A gem within another gem, Berkhamsted dreamy town. Will become a regular.

Cute little place. Dog friendly which is my biggest bonus!
Friendly service and warm atmosphere.
Menu is reasonable and good choice for everyone.
I opted for the Mushroom and spinach Benedict.
I was expecting the mushroom and spinach to be cooked together but it came out fresh, mushroom on top nicely cooked though. Eggs were perfect and sauce was very tasty. No seasoning needed.
Finished off with a banana cake which was *delicious*
The shakshouka looked gorgeous when it walked past and the English breakfasts looked decent too!
Will be back to try some more food!
£22 for Virgin Mary, Benedict and banana cake.

The food was nice. But the guy that served it stunk of ... He must have been having a great time.
Our order came out wrong but it was fixed right away (we could still see residue of the removed food on the plate).
The poor girl who was looking after upstairs was rushed off her feet, and really should have had some help.
There was mud all down the banister when we were on our way out :(
