Food often cold. Even first thing in the morning

What?s the point in having an opening time if you don?t open at that time. I waited twenty minutes outside this morning hoping for a nice morning coffee before work, having checked google and the App both confirming a 6am opening time. I watch the staff rock up at 05:55. The staff then continue to give me dirty looks through the window whilst I patiently wait for them to open up as they prepare the shop. I gave it until 0605 tried the door, it?s locked and staff hiding out the back to not have a conversation with me. Safe to say I won?t be going back here again and I?ll get my coffee from else where in future. This place won?t last long with a service like this, hugely disappointed. Usually have nothing but praise for GREGGS but this place is a joke.

A food establishment offering hot drinks, breakfast, lunch items and bakery's as well.
Vegetarian options: If you have specific dietary requirements please speak to a member of the in branch staff.
Dietary restrictions: Once your about to order please let the person taking your order know the specific dietary restrictions and they will be able to advise upon the suitable dishes for your enjoyment.
Parking: There are parking wardens that regularly patrol the parking bays directly outside be warned.
The street has 1 hr slots which can be fully utilised.
Kid-friendliness: There are kids options on the menu ask a member of branch staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramped access into the shop.

This is THE WORST Gregg?s there is!!! I always go to other Gregg?s but this one is a nightmare with careless staff. Drove over to this Gregg?s to specifically order a special orange latte and confirmed it several times with the girl serving me. I was the only customer at the time. Gave me my drink and I drove home to find I was given a regular latte even though on my receipt I was charged 0.60p extra for the orange latte. Totally irresponsible. Emailed Gregg?s website twice over the past 6 days but have had no response from them. This is not the first time I?ve had issues with this Gregg?s in Berkhamsted. It?s such a shame as the other Gregg?s in Hemel are all fantastic.

Not the best Greggs ? food, barely warm,weird taste in sausage rolls, overpriced for what you get!
Staff members need to cheer hell up, don't make it very good customer satisfaction, when you got a grumpy server with attitude.

Small but perfectly formed. Everything you want from greggs, in a shipping container!
Vegetarian options: If you're vegetarian, you're missing out on the sausage rolls, and you know it.
Dietary restrictions: Probably have some for the picky eaters, but who cares really?
Parking: It's on a garage forecourt, there's a few spots to park a car!
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat sausage rolls, right?
Wheelchair accessibility: Sure, but you'll have to get up if you want something off the top shelf!

The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced? wouldn?t give me a refund for my warm lucozade as the fridge wasn?t working? the woman was so so rude and aggressive!!! I went next door to Asda and they said that she?s always like that!! COME ON?. how is she still working there???? Will be calling Greggs and reporting her shortly? ridiculous?

Very disappointed with the service received today.When i entered there was a mum and son looking at the cakes. They then stood behind me to which i said you were first so they went in front of me. When they left i stepped forward to be served, i was then completely ignored and the lady behind me was served. I was a bit confused at this but carried on. One of the assistants then glared at me and walked off. Very strange. I was then served. Luckily no one came in behind me or i would have been there all day. Not nice being overlooked or ignored and certainly not glared at. Thanks for your outstanding service......

the entire place absolutely reeks of urine. The outside smells normal, you walk into the greggs, and you are hit by this wall of stench like a portaloo. It's genuinely stomach churning.If you complain about the smell to the employees, you are met with rudeness and dismissiveness, claiming they cant smell anything. It's horrible.I frequent this greggs, and it has just been getting worse and worse.

Would love to know why greggs is still even open at berko Asda garage. Constantly smells of strong urine and sewage. The smell smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in. I think food hygiene inspectors should pay them a visit. And move the whole place somewhere else where it doesn?t smell like a dirty overused, unsanitary toilet.

Awful customer service from Sophie. Extremely rude with a bad attitude with passive aggressive behaviour. She must be reported to Greggs and retrained or not out on a customer facing roll..not sure she delivered the bacon roll like the advert portrays? absolute mess!!!
