“Fantastic friendly service. Went in to browse frames and ended up booking my long overdue eye test for the following weekend. Chose my frames and went for the 0% finance package so got 2 pairs with the accidental damage/loss coverage. Able to afford the best varifocal with transition lenses thanks to this recommendation. The whole experience was flawless and my glasses arrived after only 6 days. Had to pop back in after a few weeks as I wasn’t finding the nose pieces comfortable and they changed them for softer ones and fitted them on the spot free of charge. Really great people - the best optician experience in all the years I’ve had glasses. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“I'm very fussy/twitchy about opticians. I had the same one from when I was 12 yrs old till my 40s and would travel half way across the country to go back there! this is the first place since I have had to find a new option where I have felt comfortable and my oddities heard and taken into account. I'd recommend them above ay optician I've seen in the past 30 years (apart from my original now sadly passed optician).I am autistic - aspergers - if it's possible to flag somewhere as particularly good for people like me then please flag here!”
