Don't order from this Dominoes. my food never turned up and when I finally got them on the phone, they lied and said the food had been delivered even though the tracking said it hadn't even left.
The woman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me when I asked for a refund ? A shame as this dominoes used to be fairly reliable

Have been using this Dominos for over 3 years but in the last 6 months the standards have gone down hill including customer service, waiting times, quality of food, attitude of 'some'staff. Take your money elsewhere is my recommendation.

Worst dominos I?ve ever had. Took an hour to arrive and once it did it was barely cooked. They cheese in the stuffed crust wasn?t even melted.

This short guy with brown curly hair spat on my pizza. I found him scranning on the toppings of my pizza specifically the meatballs. He picked them of and started scranning them. I was absolutely disgusted with this and will be reporting him

Pizza was way undercooked to the extent wouldn?t eat the meat toppings. Veg was still raw. Pizza was cold even though the delivery time was fast.

Can confirm other 1 star reviews are right about the delivery time being more than advertised and yes they will mark your order as delivered well before it?s actually delivered.

Ordered 2 pizzas and chicken strippers at 9.20pm, following a stressful and lengthy visit to A&E. The app stated delivery within 22-44 minutes. At 10.10pm I checked the app and it showed my food was in quality checking. I messaged the store and almost immediately the status changed to Out For Delivery. We live less than 2 miles and 7 minutes from the store. At 10.40pm I saw a car reverse onto our drive, wait for 20 seconds and then drive off. I called the store to ask where our order was and was informed the driver was outside our house. He wasn?t, and I was. The store called the driver, spoke to him in some unknown language and he was trying to deliver to a house 800 yards away in a completely different postcode. I had to give directions to the store who relayed these onto the driver, whilst standing outside my house with a torch in the pouring rain. I then witnessed him stop outside a house 8 doors away and try to deliver to a neighbour, even though I was shining a torch and waving at him. Eventually he pulled onto my drive at 11pm and it was the same car as 20 minutes earlier. The driver?s English was very limited but he blamed me for having the wrong address on the app despite the fact we must have had 30+ deliveries previously using the app. Of course by this time, 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering and paying, the pizzas and strippers were cold. I made a complaint to Dominoes head office and also on the feedback request received a couple of days later. I have not heard anything regarding either. Never again.

Order regularly from Dominos and very rarely do I get bad service or food. I do normally go and collect my order which might make a difference compared to some of the negative reviews that have been left about their delivery efforts.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp rather than steps.
