“Im so impressed, despite living in the sheltered accomodation in Douglas Gardens for over 5 years I only found out recently that they deliver. As my health in general and now Covid19 I can't always get out.Being deaf means I can only text them which no issue.All i do is text what I need the day before and he delivers it down to me. Its been a such a help. I now never have to worry about running out of basics if I can't get into town.He carries all the basics you may need plus a few frozen items. There are loads of photos on his website to see items sold.It fantastic service and one I'm so grateful I found out about.Thank you so much”

“Fantastic service received today at Berkhamstead store. I picked up a gift card and went to pay at the till point. One of your wonderful staff, Matt, came up to me and gave me an envelope which he told me I had forgotten to pick up. There was a queue to pay and Matt said he would show me how to pay for the card at the self service tills, which he did. How lucky you are to have such a wonderful, customer focused, young man working for you, a star.”

“I think we forget sometimes how much of an impact good service has and what a pleasurable, efficient shopping experience it delivers. I believe her name is cherry, a woman who works there is one of the most helpful, kind people I’ve come across and we really need more people like this . Not only does she go out of her way to help, she’s a very sweet happy person who always brightens my day . Not only that, I’ve seen the same kind of behaviour with other customers. “Some really nice people work here it’s my local shop and they’re all brilliant. The other day though some (to be blunt) muppet came in and decided to shout the whole store up but the way they handled was polite and professional so hats off to Ranjith and Mariam dealt with him well hats off to them”

“A tiny, slightly awkward filling station, but it has two special properties...\\n1) it had very cheap fuel compared to other places\\nand\\n2) it has a Greggs on site too, although parking for it isn't the best.”
