Today I cut my finger quite badly and went into Boots for some advice and to buy some plasters. Thankfully, Lorraine and the team at the pharmacy desk were there?and they were absolutely amazing.
They immediately stepped in to help stop the bleeding, carefully cleaned the wound, and applied a proper dressing. They were so kind, calm, and understanding throughout, which really helped me stay calm too.
I'm incredibly grateful for their help today and truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed me. Thank you so much!

Received a text to say my scrip was ready, I arrived - but the pharmacy had closed half an hour before the shop. Wasted journey! Went a second time and they had returned my medication to the warehouse. Second wasted journey! Many thanks.

Compared to the Superdrug a few doors down, this Boots is dated, a bit scruffy, and poorly stocked. I couldn't find pill boxes, and when I asked (staff were at least friendly and helpful) it turned out that they're kept locked in a a drawer behind the pharmacy like it's Methadone - go figure!

Not the biggest Boots by any stretch, but is has a well stocked pharmacy, a decent selection of products and the staff are always helpful.

Went there on a Sunday. It was under staffed without a doubt. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. But I had at least an 10 minute wait to get served.

Staff is great! However, Manager needs to hire more help. The poor pharmacists are overloaded and have no time. They apologized many times for the delays these people need help!
