I needed a check up after my last prescription/glasses from 2 years ago somewhere else, glad I came here this time and will definitely will be back!George was brilliant and very knowledgeable of his profession - test was oldschool and felt it was suited better for my eyes by not using all the machines.Sam was super funny and made the collection smooth but not rushed at all - even though I popped by just before closing time!Glasses was ready within 4 days and I am already enjoying the clear sight!

Amazing customer service by the team at Vision Express Baldock. Sam, Sue, Rupal and Ann are all wonderful. They listened to you and make you feel so comfortable. This was my first visit and I honestly will be back. These ladies are just wonderful. Continue providing the amazing service. Thank you all for helping me with glasses. I was given advice on signing up for the plan which I did. So happy Ann explained it to me. I will surely recommend this Vision Express to my friends and family.

Left very happy! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. All the modern tests. Great selection of frames. It's not near me but worth travelling to. It's straight ahead at the back of Tesco when you go in. It's £30 for a test and £25 with clubcard.

thanks to all the staff at vision Express baldock Tesco's thay are excellent they helped me and my husband Gary their marvelous you couldn't ask for a better service than we got there we can't fault them at all thay are absolutely excellent ? ? very helpful we would give all the staff 10 out of 10 nothing was too much trouble they were all very helpful and we love them all very much

Today I went for an eye test at Tesco Baldock and what a team. Sue was excellent in getting suggested glasses to my tastes. Lauren in performing the pre tests. Then there is George...phenomenal for the first time in 52 years did I feel he wanted to get it right for me! I am so excited to actually see. He was exceptional in ensuring he tweaked and got the best result. I've had so many appointments where it's been stated that's the best we can get but I know George cared and went the extra mile! Thank you to you all so very much for a fantastic experience all round.

The opticians were superb. Very professional. The person that took my money after I?d chosen my glasses?.. not so great. Hopefully they?ll be better when I go to pick my glasses up.
