Great place for bargains

Great that there is a 'local' Saturday car boot, but there are some inherent problems with this particular one....1) It's not well publicized, to take full advantage of its Saturday opening2) It's not a well known car boot3) It's not well visited both by Sellers or Buyers4) It's opening time is well too early, for people who like a lazy start to the weekends.Of the positives...1) Entry is free to buyers2) It is a small site, and thus a small car boot, so has adequate space and facilities3) It has a nice countryside viewThis is a car boot that is nice to have, but there's a much better, and especially, bigger one, in Pulloxhill/Bedfordshire (Sunday openings).

First time of going either as a buyer or seller. Good car boot though, good size, lot's of parking and dog friendly. We had a stall and met some really lovely people. Each pitch was £10 but had a good size to put up tables/lay things out. There are portable toilets available, the only thing missing was somewhere to get food or drink

Wonderful friendly and polite free car boot sale. The people here really make a big difference. Next to no cheap buy to flog rubbish. Proper sellers and regulars

Well attended car boot sale. Lots of stalls. Some lovely plants available. Need to get here early, 7am for the real bargains. Free to enter. Stallholders pay. Toilets on site as well as a van selling coffee and hot snacks.

Free entry, nice wide aisles. Picked up some nice bits and pieces. Only quibble was the lack of an accessible loo.
