They make every drink wrong as most don?t have the correct training. The service is extremely slow and gone very downhill. I?m a frequent buyer with this store and it?s been over a year of bad experiences. Every drink i send back for being wrong is given back remade even worse. Waste of money?

It took over 20 mins to make two coffee?s. Preordering doesn?t make a difference. It was not particularly busy either.

Handy for a coffee after a quick wee stop.

We use this starbs regularly. it has gone very downhill . Last few visits there has been no acknowledgment from staff when they are serving and their attitude comes across as rude and disinterested . Today as we were sitting in with our drinks a member of staff dragged through four big bags of litter , not good for ambience .

Terrible customer service. 4 or 5 people stood awaiting their orders and three members of staff behind the counter, so not busy at all. I stood at the tills for about three minutes and was not even acknowledged. Walked out and went elsewhere.

Paper cups again! This has been going on here for years Starbucks. Not good enough - get your act together. And today no napkins. Luckily we had some Costa ones from yesterday.

Wow, what an experience.
We waited for ages only to find that our drink had been left on the side, no one had called out to us to say it was there.
We tried to finish our tea with sugar and milk but there was no sugar. We asked 'do you have some more sugar' and the woman said no, no apology just 'no'
We then had to ask for milk as there was no milk out to use and we were not asked if we wanted milk in the tea when ordering.
It's crazy that there's nutmeg and chocolate readily available as well as different coloured pencils to write your name on your cup? But no basic things to complete your tea like milk and sugar.
I find it hard to believe that they had run out of sugar.
The people serving are very miserable and not friendly. Definitely sticking to Costa.

I would avoid this place if you can.
I came here not long ago, there was a guy serving and I wanted to order a Frappuccino, and he said they aren?t serving any cold drinks because they have no ice!!?? I was annoyed because I drove all that way to get a coffee to be told apparently ?there isn?t any ice? in a COFFEE SHOP. I walk out and order a Frappuccino on the Starbucks app, go back into the shop and what a surprise there?s a Frappuccino waiting for me. Just lazy staff that didn?t want to make one drink so they would have to clean up, bad experience I avoid this Starbucks.

Pleasant enough staff, but literally the SLOWEST service ever. There were 10 people waiting for drinks, and no haste being exhibited by anyone! Having a lovely time and chatting? but not worried about actually serving people. Yikes.
