Satchells were incredibly easy to deal with and made the whole process simple to understand and straightforward. They helped get viewings booked in fast and we sold in under two weeks. Once sold they always responded promptly and helpfully with our inquiries about the chain and passing messages between us and the buyers.

Satchells agency manages the renting out of my flats and provides an excellent service in any issues I may have with tenants with late rent payments, repairs etc. that may be needed . The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Alan Hilditch, the Director of the agency, has given me his personal help and advice in providing me useful contacts with solicitors and other professionals in dealing with my personal financial issues. He has even phoned me from his home at late hours to give me advice!
I am very pleased with Satchells.
The Director, Alan Hilditch, is the driving force behind the agency providing inspiration and an example to his staff to emulate and excel themselves.
On several occasions when I am sitting before him at his desk and I ask him a question that needs expert advice from another professional, he is quick to pick up the phone immediately and get the answer needed. This is a quality of a good business man who acts now and does not wait for tomorrow.
He has phoned me outside office hours from his home to provide me advice on dealings with my personal issues related to property. When I did not have a car, he has driven me to the solicitor's office for expert opinion. How many Directors from other agencies will do that?
He is quick, concise and thorough and has a passion in what he does.

We signed up with Satchells after having no luck with 2 other agents. In 4 weeks of being with them we had a buyer. We were with the other agents 7 months and only had 2 views. The whole team were amazing, they followed the progress of the sale, and supported us right to the end. I highly recommend them.

I had dealings with a few members of the team at Baldock and i can honestly say Kelly was perfect, she really helped us with our new property and highlighted a lot of things which i failed to see when viewing, so i would recommend her if you are looking to buy in the future in this area. I also have to say Rebecca was also there for us and assisted us really well with a lot of annoying details, so thank you to you both. If you want a agent to spot what you do not see then Kelly is the one!

I recently just purchased my first home, the Satchells Baldock team was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process.The conveyancing law firm whom I was using was ?difficult to work with ? that is putting it very mildly? which caused a tremendous amount of stress, anxiety for almost 5 months.The Satchells Baldock team provided guidance moral and professional support every step of the way, assisted with the escalation process, and provided feedback that facilitated and influenced the eventual successful exchange of contracts.If you are a seller, I would recommend Satchells, if you are a buyer as I was, you are in safe hands, the entire team will do everything humanly possible, go above and beyond to help you attain a successful result.
