I had dealings with a few members of the team at Baldock and i can honestly say Kelly was perfect, she really helped us with our new property and highlighted a lot of things which i failed to see when viewing, so i would recommend her if you are looking to buy in the future in this area. I also have to say Rebecca was also there for us and assisted us really well with a lot of annoying details, so thank you to you both. If you want a agent to spot what you do not see then Kelly is the one!

I recently just purchased my first home, the Satchells Baldock team was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process.The conveyancing law firm whom I was using was ?difficult to work with ? that is putting it very mildly? which caused a tremendous amount of stress, anxiety for almost 5 months.The Satchells Baldock team provided guidance moral and professional support every step of the way, assisted with the escalation process, and provided feedback that facilitated and influenced the eventual successful exchange of contracts.If you are a seller, I would recommend Satchells, if you are a buyer as I was, you are in safe hands, the entire team will do everything humanly possible, go above and beyond to help you attain a successful result.

Satchells Baldock helped us to get our perfect first family home. Peter in particular was absolutely amazing to us and helped us on every stage of the purchase. Both Becky and Peter were professional, helpful and such a pleasure to work with. I recently used Satchells to sell my parents? house. I spoke to three estate agents and chose Peter Chernin at Satchells as he was by far and away the most enthusiastic and energetic. Throughout the sales process Peter and the Team were always professional and responsive. In particular, Peter went above and beyond, helping me resolve a couple of issues which arose during the sale, providing sound advice and even arranging some work on my behalf. I was lucky enough to use Satchells for a difficult purchase and sale of my home. The initial purchase fell through and Becky worked closely with me every step of the way. We found a new property and again Becky was great in facilitating and co-ordinating everything for us. I recently completed a difficult home purchase and received excellent service from Peter and the team. The initial viewings of properties in Baldock were conducted and followed up professionally and once the final sale was agreed, I was supported through every step to completion - all during the pandemic. Satchells also went above and beyond just being an estate agent, helping me to obtain ballpark quotes for work I was considering doing on the property. I found Peter and Alan to be very personable and not treating the sale as just another transaction. I highly recommend Satchells based on my experience.

My experience with Satchells was a extremely positive one. Throughout the selling process Satchells were by far the most pro activity agent I dealt with when selling my property. They worked really hard and when a problem accrued they knew exactly how to deal with it, working hard for both me as a seller and the buyer. After three years and three months, 4 purchases lost, and countless vendors pulling out on us - we have finally moved to our dream home!! We met Peter on a viewing in July 2020 and were moved in by Oct. We explained how unlucky we had been and to say we were drained from the whole experience, would be an understatement. Satchells and Peter got my property sold withing 3 day of listing so that was super impresive!! The purchase of the new propoerty was a lot more complicated and took fowever however this was no faulty of Satchells. They went over and above to eventually get a deal done. Would highly recommend Satchells and the whole team.
