Unfortunately every time we come here after 00:00 the ordering system is off and they don't take any orders for a good 50-60min.. they should update the hours and say they close midnight and open later again eventually since they are not open 24hrs

Came at 12:10am but couldn?t order any food as every till and touch screen was off. Was told it would be AT LEAST 20 minutes until we could order. Shouldn?t advertise as 24 hours if the place is closed at midnight to reset, or whatever it was they were doing.

This McDonald's is up there with the worst in the UK. Here they specialise in rude service and poorly prepared food. Sadly this area has no competition for this particular franchise. The franchisee should really be ashamed, if you can avoid.

Granted that it was the weekend prior to Xmas and therefore busy, the grandsons decided it was to be McD . Their Happy meals were fine, but my double quarter pounder was flat and had literally been thrown together and into the bottom of the bag, where it became all the more distorted. No doubt my naivety, but it looked nothing like it does on the adverts or when ordering. I should have done 2 things but didn't; taken an image and posted it before obtaining a refund. Then they forgot to include chips. KFC next time!

Worst Mc donalds, i have ever seen none of the staff having responsibility, i felt they have racism problem, Take care of ur staff and customers, Mr Mcdonalds Manager of out let Mcdonalds Balldock services, even if it is Quit they wont respond to customers and Delivery Guys who are on time and waiting for a meanwhile, the staff is enjoying with music and chitchat, No.1 Timepassing store i have ever seen, even 1 star is more than enough for this store and the behaviour of staff
