Ordered 3 meals, very disappointed when I got home that one meal was a basic burger but I paid for a premium meal, so I got overcharged.
If ordering here, I'd check all your orders, looking at their reviews, they obviously do this ALL the time.

Food was order at 5pm the food arrived 4 hours later 9 pm the food was to cold to eat. So cold the fries where cold and hard. Can not reheat chicken for children. Ruined the childrens meal. And caused upset for them. Disgusted no one answers the k FC shop.

Received an incomplete order with two items missing and the wrong drink after spending £15+. Will not be returning. I do not appreciate such carelessness.

Ordered food by Uber eats they forgot the chicken. Once I went in person waiting over 30 minutes for the food, 4 people serving they didn't have a clue what to do, once the food was ready they forgot to put the chips. I know is fast food place I don't expect 5 star service, I just want the basic.
