We love Costa coffee and have used many around the country and this particular one on several occasions but we have now stopped using it, the staff are fine but it is the dirtiest Costa we go to, the staff never clear the tables and if you want to clear a table the clearing trollies are always full.It is a shame because we did enjoy the atmosphere when we could get clean table.

I'm giving 5 stars because at a point when I was low, they helped. I used to get boiling water for my Pot Noodle and early in the morning I'd get one of those Lemon Tarts from the day before. Always appreciated.
I really can't comment on Atmosphere as it's just like any indoor corporate space. Not cosy. Just simple.

One of the dirtiest Costas I have ever been in. Only one or two tables clean. Tray stack full, full dirty trays everywhere including window sills.

Whilst waiting in the queue to be served Alan Wardell the barista made sure he acknowledged everyone who arrived with a smile and telling them he would get to them shortly. I love this as it was both welcoming, professional and refreshing. Thank you Adrian.

I have never been to such a slow Costa. It took them 15 minutes to serve 2 people in the queue. No urgency and not even good customer service excusing the slow service.

The atmosphere is cozy and warm for a cafe it Tesco and the hot chocolate is very nice. The parking is great because you can park in the huge Tesco car park that has electric car charging stations. Very nice cafe 4/5Parking: You can park in the large Tesco car park which is equipped with electric car chargers.

Located inside Tesco Baldock, is this very, (yes, I'll say it), "charming" and spacious Costa Coffee, my first visit to this one, and of all the supermarket Costa's this is definitely one of the better ones,The staff are very friendly and very welcoming,There are plenty of cosy armchairs to chill out in and plenty of practical tables and chairs for that family visit,It's definitely worth a visit. Let's try and keep this Costa.
