Wish I could give zero stars. Do not get any of your parcels delivered here. I took all the right documentation and barcodes, codes texts, emails to collect two yodel parcels. They scanned the barcodes multiple times and said it did not work and kept asking over and over for the seven factor code, which I gave over and over again. I had yodel themselves on chat messenger also confirm all information was correct but they would still not release my parcel. I left only later to receive a confirmation of collection email from yodel. So clearly they had scanned my parcel and had not given me the item and I would now be charged for the item!!! I went back and explained it had gone through and that I would now be charged and they would still not give me the parcel. I had to get the police on the phone on loud speaker to actually get my parcel. Even the police lady got tired of going round in circles. A five minute job to collect a parcel ending in 2 hours of nonsense and a police call. AVOID at all costs!

Been using this shop for 12 years. Always helpful & friendly. I see reviews complaining on prices but they are forgetting what a 'convenience' store actually is for. The key is in the title & you have to pay for that convenience. Its great for things you forget in your large shop like sugar,milk,bread etc. You need Support your small businesses before you lose them!

Positive first......Great staff!?Minimal amount of products priced, if they are then most are illegible. Cluttered Isles and limited stocks highly overpriced only offering the higher priced range. No budget items for those struggling. Dusty needing a compete deep clean.
