“This Tesco supermarket is great - huge selection of everything from meats and fish to specialties like meat pies and prepared meals, booze of every description, candy, fresh produce and all the way to clothes, electronics and the like. Always clean and always busy but plenty of staff so no long wait at the check-out. Interesting architecture, a previous review suggested that it used to be a railway station - Nope! It was the Kayser Bondor until the 1980's when it was bought by Tesco. Kayser Bondor made ladies stockings - but switched to making parachutes during World War II. Wish that we had selection like this in the USA!!!!”
