We stayed here for two nights at short notice in early June and had a wonderful stay and we?re made to feel welcome by Kevin & Catherine. It?s probably not fair to describe it as a BnB as it functions closer to a boutique hotel with Farrow and Ball decorated rooms and high end furniture and fittings. Fresh flowers in the hall. White table linen, fabulous breakfast with a view to die for of the the river to the town beyond. Great beds with Egyptian cotton linen and heavy white cotton towels. In short everything done properly- highly recommended.

Superb couple of days at Bridge House. A very warm and friendly welcome from the owners. The accommodation is beautiful throughout, the riverside garden is perfectly maintained, and I have to give the full English breakfast a ten out of ten (particularly with the inclusion of Black Pudding!) Thanks very much.

Stayed here for our honeymoon 31
years ago. Obviously changed quite a lot. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely. Kevin and Catherine were very friendly and welcoming and the lady who served us breakfast couldn?t do enough for us. We are so pleased we returned and there is no real reason to stay elsewhere for us. The only negative is the WiFi which is awful and you only have limited channels on the television BBC ITV. We will be returning.

the breakfast was excellent, the location very nice, but can be noisy with a main road outside traffic does calm down later. Sadly we had to cut our stay short as our home had had an attempted break in causing a lot of damage, but we were still charged the full price of our stay. They take no prisoners.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge House Hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. The location is ideal for multi-day stays, allowing for easy day trips to explore the surrounding area.
The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. (Great restaurant recommendations too)
One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding breakfast served every morning. Each meal was individually cooked and beautifully presented, making it a delightful start to the day.
We were also lucky to have a room with a beautiful view back over the river to the town.
This place truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fabulous place, great atmosphere, comfortable, great service, very relaxing. We love to travel so we never go anywhere twice, yet we've been here three times, that's how good it is.

This hotel is a little gem, Kevin and Kathryn made us feel like we were being welcomed in to their own home but with plenty of space with the extensive gardens and the patio and lounge areas (for us and our dogs who were most welcome too). Breakfast is just perfect, with lots of choice - including doggie sausage !

Gorgeous boutique hotel . Lovely tranquil setting with a very short walk along the river to town . Bedrooms very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices alongside the normal full English and was beautifully presented . Stunning garden for morning coffees or evening gin and tonic. Will definitely visit again .

Kathryn and Kevin are wonderful hosts. Kevin went out of his way to guide us in terms of the walks available in the surrounding countryside ..( amazing walks). The bedroom was so peaceful and tastefully decorated...the bed , incredibly comfortable and a wonderfully deep bath. Everything about the hotel is welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. And the view out to the garden and the river beyond while you drank your coffee was such a pleasure. We absolutely loved our stay there.
